We seek a Pre Delivery Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of approx 20 transmission Networks Engineering and construction projects through the pre-delivery stage prior to construction with an approx portfolio value of £200m. You will be responsible for site investigations, environmental impact assessments, consents (planning, wayleaves & environmental, etc), and coordinating basic Engineering Design. Using project planning techniques to procure long lead items of plant and providing cost estimates to clients for financial authorisation. Responsible for delivering works to safety, quality and environmental standards.

Suitable applicants will have the following:
• Significant experience in managing a portfolio of engineering & construction projects at either the development, engineering or construction stage.
• Experience of Transmission Network or construction Project consents (wayleaves, LPA’s, EIA’s).
• Experience in operating in Principle Contractor role under CDM (2007).
• Relevant degree.
