Our client currently undertakes work for a number of clients in the civil and defence sectors, and wishes to recruit a Section Leader for the Safety and Systems team. This key role requires an experienced and highly motivated professional engineer and will involve business development, project management, and technical consultancy relating to strategies for lifetime management of safety-related C&I systems. A particular strength of the section is provision of support for replacement and refurbishment of C&I systems at nuclear power stations.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following essential attributes:

• Degree qualified or Chartered status
• At least 10 years experience on systems applicable to UK nuclear power stations or other nuclear plant
• Application of modern standards relating to C&I design, operations and maintenance
• Safety case experience would be advantageous.
