Facilities Management

Logical’s Facilities Management Division has a specialist team of mobile and office based consultants supplying manpower to some of the leading blue chip companies in addition to SME’s nationwide. We pride ourselves on high levels of customer service and believe our customers (both clients and candidates) are shown the utmost respect at all times.

The division works within hard and soft services, energy and process, defense as well as MOD.

Dedicated to Safety, Health, Environment & Quality, both our consultants and the 15,000 candidates on our database hold CSCS, CPCS, CCNSG, Streetworks or other relevant tickets. We can place workers through our SQEP (suitably qualified experienced person) system and we can even undertake Drug and Alcohol testing. Due to the business working in security conscious environments we also have an in house vetting team covering (CRB, SC,  DV,  CTC, Sellafield, Magnox, EDF, NNB)

All our workforce are specialists in their fields, from ground and structural works, M&E, Interiors, finishing and snagging. We can provide training (CSCS, CPCS, Triple bar etc) and inductions on or off site and can deliver fully managed projects, assisting with onsite safety and management. Rates are dependent on location, type of job, contact length and experience required.
